◆ Operator authority

Users (operators) who use ugo Portal are classified into the following two privileges depending on their role.
The scope of ugo management and the functions that can be operated differ depending on these two types.

Permission types	Scope of control	Main Role
Organization administrator	The entire organization (all buildings, all ugo)	System settings for the entire organization, operator account management, and comprehensive management of all ugo. All ugo operations and report checking are also possible.
general	Responsible building (linked to specific building and ugo)	On-site operation management, including operating ugo's in the same building and checking daily reports.

◆ Basic rules and details of permissions

・[Important] Permissions are fixed per "category."

- Operator permissions are fixed for each category, either "Organization Administrator" or "General," and cannot be customized individually. 
　Please note that individual permission settings, such as granting specific functions to general operators or revoking common functions, are not possible. 
　If you need to change permissions, please consult with the organization administrator of your organization.

• Why are the permissions separated?

- By separating permissions, only a limited number of users can perform settings that affect the entire organization 
  (such as operator management and robot management).
　This prevents incorrect operations and unintentional system changes, keeping ugo operations safer and more stable.

◆ List of operable functions for each operator authority

You can check the specific functions (authority) of each operator type in a list.

■ Function classification

Functions that can be operated by all operators:

- These functions are mainly related to on-site operations, such as operating ugo, creating and editing flows, and checking reports.

Functions that can only be performed by the organization administrator:

- Mainly functions related to system management for the entire organization, such as account management and robot registration.
