◆ Precautions for use
*1
Only the front camera can be used for long-term recording.
The resolution of the saved video will depend on the video streaming settings of the camera.
*2
Recording data from the same time period can only be uploaded in either low or high quality.
If you want to upload the same video in high quality after uploading it in low quality, you will need to delete the footage uploaded in low quality from the cloud.
*3
Recorded data is stored inside the robot after several minutes of data processing.
・Data processing is performed while the "Long-time recording: Ending..." message is displayed.
・If "Long-time recording auto start" is set, data processing is performed automatically. (Automatically starts after recording is completed in 10-minute increments)
If the robot's power is turned off before data processing is complete, the recorded data will not be saved, so please note the following points.
① When turning off the power of the robot, press "End long-term recording" before pressing the power button, and
make sure that the "Long-term recording: Ending..." message has disappeared before proceeding.
If you turn off the robot before the "Long-term recording: Ending..." message disappears,
the recorded data in 10-minute increments immediately before the power is turned off will not be saved inside the robot.
② In order for the recorded data in 10-minute increments to be saved inside the robot,
the aircraft must be started normally without rebooting during the 10 minutes of recording and during the data processing thereafter.
Example: If the robot is turned on and recording is started at 10:15, and data processing from 10:20 is performed normally
→ 4 minutes of recorded data from around 10:16 to 10:20 will be saved.
*4
You cannot download data from ugo Portal to your PC, etc.
Recorded video is encrypted and can only be viewed under certain circumstances. You cannot connect the storage device to a PC such as Windows and directly transfer the data inside.
*5
The button to start long-term recording is not available because the ugo does not have a storage device for saving recorded data. In this case, there will be no response when you press it.
*6
Do not turn off the power when the message "Long-time recording ending" is displayed. Some of the recorded data may be saved in an incomplete state.
*7
The storage device built into ugo will store recorded data for a maximum of 32 days.
When the capacity is full, the oldest recording data will be automatically deleted.
*8
When changing buildings, be sure to end "long-time recording" and restart the robot before changing the building.
*9
If you want to turn off the ugo during long-term recording, please stop recording or shut it down by operating the power button.
If you turn off the power during long-term recording by any method other than shutting down (such as running out of battery or forced shutdown), the data storage area for long-term recording may be damaged, and the recorded data may not be saved correctly.
*Depending on the situation, the storage area may be damaged and reformatting may be necessary. Please be aware that reformatting will delete all previous recording data stored on the device and make it impossible to recover.
*Please upload any recording data you need to save to the ugo Portal as appropriate .
◆ Regarding handling during repairs
If the robot is returned to us for repair due to a malfunction, all recorded data within the robot will be deleted. Please upload any necessary recording data to the cloud in advance.
