・How to change registered WorkPlan information
What is a WorkPlan?
・WorkPlan is a function that executes set steps in the order from top to bottom at the discretion of the user.
・Used for tasks that are difficult to automate and require human judgment, such as getting on and off elevators.
・WorkPlans are registered by linking them to "Buildings" and "Floors" and then to the registered WorkPlans.
Set "Steps (containers of commands)" and use them
Configuring WorkPlan
・A WorkPlan consists of multiple "Steps"
・Steps consist of "main actions," "auxiliary actions," "pre-settings," and "post-settings."
Set the command for the item you want to set and use it.
・Steps have a "type" and can be selected as either "movement" or "button operation (right arm or left arm)."

・"Move" is selected for all steps except for the button operation steps.
・"Button operation (right or left)" is selected only for steps where a button is pressed.
*1 If you select this, the image from the depth sensor of the body unit will be displayed when you start the step.
*2 By clicking on the video, the arm will move and you can press the button.
*3 Button operations are not possible on the editing screen.
Step (Type: Movement)
The steps go as follows:
① When a step starts, the "pre-settings" set for that step are automatically executed.
* If you have not set the pre-settings when creating a WorkPlan, it will start from ②
② Next, click on the "Main action" or "Secondary action" to execute it.
*1 Even if "auxiliary actions" are performed, they will remain in ②
Therefore, it can be executed multiple times before the "main action" is executed.
*2 If the auxiliary action is not set when creating the WorkPlan, it cannot be executed.
Once you have performed the "Main Action" , proceed to ③
③ When the "main action" is executed , the "post-action setting" set for that step will be executed automatically.
*1 When "Post-setting" is executed, the step ends.
*2 If there is a next step, it will automatically move to step ①
*3 If you have not set the post-event settings when creating a WorkPlan, the system will automatically proceed to the next step ① after the main action is performed.
Move to
Step (Type: Button Operation)
The steps go as follows:
① When you start stepping, the image from the body unit's depth sensor will automatically be displayed.
② Click to execute a "button press" or "auxiliary action (white command)"
*1 To "press a button," move the cursor to the location you want to press in the displayed image and click
*2 For "auxiliary actions," click the "white commands" under the displayed image.
*3 Even if you perform "button press" or "auxiliary action", it will remain in ②
Therefore, it can be executed multiple times before the "main action" is executed.
*4 If the auxiliary action is not set when creating the WorkPlan, it cannot be executed.
③Next, click on the "Main action (black command)" to execute it.
*1 When you perform the "Main Action" , proceed to ④.
If the main action is not set in WorkPlan creation, it cannot be executed.
*2 To move to the next step, you must manually click the next step.
④ After the "main action" is performed, the step ends.
If there is a next step, it will automatically move to the next step ①
How to Register for WorkPlan
You must register your building and floor in advance on the ugo Portal "Building Management" page.

①Click "WorkPlan Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "WorkPlan Settings List"
③Select the "Building" and "Floor" for which you want to use the WorkPlan from the drop-down list, and enter a name of your choice in "WorkPlan Name."
After entering the above information, click "Register and edit" at the bottom right of the screen.
*1 If there are registered templates, you can select them from the drop-down list.
*2 You can duplicate the WorkPlan contents by copying the existing WorkPlan contents and pasting them into "Definition JSON".

* Please paste after deleting the [ ] in "Definition JSON".
How to Edit a WorkPlan
①Click "WorkPlan Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the WorkPlan you want to edit from the "WorkPlan Settings List"
*1 If you click "Register and edit" when registering a WorkPlan, you will automatically be taken to the editing screen.
*2 You can narrow down the registered WorkPlans by clicking "🔍".

How to set up steps
① Click the "+" in the upper left corner of the editing screen to add a "Step"
Steps are added in order from top to bottom
②Enter a name in "Step #" and select the type you want to set from the "Type" drop-down menu.
- There are two types: "movement" and "button operation (right arm or left arm)".
- "Move" is selected for all steps except for button operation steps.
- You can set "Main Actions", "Secondary Actions", "Pre-settings", and "Post-settings".
- "Button operation (right or left)" is selected only for steps where a button is pressed.
- When you start stepping, the image from the body's depth sensor will automatically be displayed and the cursor will change.
- Place the cursor within the image and click to move the arm and press the button.
- You can set "main actions" and "auxiliary actions"
*Do not set only "pre-settings" or "post-settings". Be sure to set the main action before use. Otherwise the command may not work properly.
* Button operation must be performed with the distance between the wall and the body's depth sensor at approximately 45 cm.
* "Pre-setting" is automatically executed when the step starts, so please be careful not to perform unintended actions.
How to add a command to a step Repeat steps ③ to ④ below to add commands to the step.
③Click the "+" to the left of the item for which you want to set a command.
*If you select "Type: Button Operation (Right or Left)", you can only set "Main Action" and "Secondary Action".
④ Select the command you want to add from the "Command Picker" and click "Add" at the bottom right of the screen.
[When changing command settings]
- After selecting a command, change the parameters displayed on the right side of the screen
- You can change the values and characters in the parameters, and change the data to be applied from the pull-down list.
- After changing the parameters, click "Add (Set)" at the bottom right of the screen.
* "Pre-setting" is automatically executed when the step starts, so please be careful not to perform unintended actions.
Example) Change the parameters of "map patrol position initialization" to set the floor map and patrol route.
Supplementary Information (How to Create a WorkPlan)
Multiple commands can be set for each item.
・If multiple "pre-settings" and "post-settings" are set, they will be automatically executed in order from the top
・If multiple "Main Actions" and "Secondary Actions" are set, they will be selectable.
* Black commands are "main actions" and white commands are "auxiliary actions".
How to edit the WorkPlan content
・You can delete a step by clicking the "x" on the right side of the step.
・You can change the order of steps by dragging and dropping them.
・Clicking the "⚙" on the right side of the command will open the command picker and allow you to change the command you set.
・You can delete a command by clicking the "x" on the right side of the command.
・You can change the order of commands within an item by dragging and dropping them.
