◆ Function Overview
This function allows you to create, change settings, and delete accounts for users (operators) who operate ugo.
By granting appropriate permissions to operators, you can ensure safe and efficient ugo operation.
Important: The "Operator Management" function can only be used by those with account privileges of "Organization Administrator".
◆ How to register an operator
① Click Global Menu > Operator Management.
② On the [Operator List] screen, click the [Create New] button.
③ The [Operator Registration] screen will appear, so enter each item.

| ① | Last name | Enter your last name. This will be your display name in the ugo Portal along with your first name. (For example, "Caller" on the report screen.) |
| ② | First name | Enter your first name. This will be your display name in the ugo Portal along with your last name. (For example, "Caller" on the report screen.) |
| ③ | Login ID (email address) | Enter the email address you use to log in to ugo Portal. We recommend using an email address you normally use, as a login notification will be sent to you after you log in to ugo Portal. |

Enter the password you use to log in to ugo Portal. Password entry rules: |
| ⑤ | Type | Select "Organization Administrator" or "General." Organization Administrator: Can use functions such as managing all operators within the organization and operating and managing ugo . General: Can only operate ugo belonging to the same building. *For more information, please see here . |
| ⑥ | Affiliated organization | Select your organization (only one will be displayed). |
| ⑦ | Building | Select the building you belong to. (Please select if there are multiple buildings in your organization) Organization administrator: Can operate ugos in buildings other than yours General: Can only operate ugos in the same building |
| ⑧ | Flow Editing Restrictions | You can set Flow editing permissions for "General" account users for each operator. You can enable this feature by checking "Restrict Flow editing." For more information, please see here . |
| ⑨ | Password change request | By checking "Require password change at next login," the target account will be redirected to the password change screen the next time they log in. The target account will not be able to perform any other operations until they change their password on the password change screen. This prevents the reuse of temporary passwords and encourages regular password changes, making for safer operations. |

④ After entering each item, click [Register] at the bottom right of the screen.
◆ How to change registered operator information
You can change the account type, building affiliation, etc. of registered operators.
*If an operator wants to change their own password, they can change the password from the "Account Settings" screen.

① Click Global Menu > Operator Management.
② Click the name of the operator whose registration information you want to change.
③ The [Operator: Operator Name] screen will be displayed and can change each item.

④ After entering the changes, click [Update] at the bottom right of the screen.
◆ How to delete an operator
① Click Global Menu > Operator Management.
② On the [Operator List] screen, click the name of the operator you want to delete.
③ Click the [Delete button] in the top right corner of the [Operator: Operator name] screen.
④ A confirmation dialog will appear. Click [OK] if you want to delete it.
◆ What is the Flow editing restriction function?
By enabling this function on the [Operator Management] screen, a user with account privileges of "Organization Administrator" can prevent users with "General" accounts from accidentally editing Flows.
The Flow Edit screen for users with account privileges of "General" will be displayed as shown below, and the [Update] button will not be clickable.
If you hover the mouse cursor over the [Update] button, the message "Please contact your organization administrator to make updates" will be displayed.
◆ How to set up Flow editing restrictions
■ Enable Flow editing restrictions
- On the [Operator Registration] screen, check [Restrict Flow Editing] and click [Update].
■ Disable Flow editing restrictions
- On the [Operator Registration] screen, uncheck [Restrict Flow Editing] and click [Update].
◆ What is the password change request function?
When a user with an "Organization Administrator" account enables this function for each account on the [Operator Management] screen, the target account will be redirected to the password change screen the next time they log in.
The target account will not be able to perform other operations until they change their password on the password change screen.
This prevents the reuse of temporary passwords set when registering operators and the continued use of the same password for a long period of time, enabling safer operations.
◆ How to set up the password change request function
■Enable the password change request function
- On the [Operator: Operator Name] screen, check [Restrict Flow Editing] and click [Update].
■ Disable the password change request function
- On the [Operator: Operator Name] screen, uncheck [Restrict Flow Editing] and click [Update].
