What are commands?
・A command is a function that executes a pre-programmed action.
・Used when performing a specific action "one-off"
Example: "Move the arm", "Move the lifter", "Speak", etc.
・You can create "Flows" and "Work Plans" by combining multiple commands.
・Commands are registered in a "command list (a container for commands)" and used by setting them there.
・The command list has four "modes (classifications)" available.
・The mode is "Set commands for normal use to mode 1, and commands for emergency use to mode 2."
You can use it for different purposes like this.
・Command lists are linked to buildings, so the same command list can be used on different floors of the same building.
How to register a command list
You must first register your building in the "Building Management" section of ugo Portal.
Please refer to this article → " Building Management "
①Click "Command List Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "Command List Settings List"
③ Enter any name in "Command list setting name" and select the command list to use from the pull-down list
Select your "Building" and the "Mode" you want to set, then click "Register" at the bottom right of the screen.
* You can copy an existing command list contents by copying and pasting them into the "Definition JSON" (for instructions on how to copy please see, how to change the registered command list information).
*Please paste after deleting [ ] in the definition JSON.
How to edit the command list
①Click "Command List Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the command list you want to edit from the "Command List Settings List"
*You can narrow down the list of registered commands by clicking "🔍".
How to set commands in a command list

Points to note when setting command lists
When creating a command, please refrain from entering any emojis in the test input field.
If you enter emojis and set them up, a data inconsistency will occur, and all users will be unable to use ugo Portal until the system is restored.(It will take time to identify where the emoji was entered and to restore the deleted emoji.)
Example: Random voice command
Text #2: A warning message will be displayed stating "Emojis are not allowed!"
Text #4: Please note that some emojis may not display warnings.
How to add a command Repeat steps ① to ② below to add commands.
①Click the "+" in the upper left corner of the editing screen.
② Select the command you want to add from the "Command Picker" and click "Add" at the bottom right of the screen.
[When changing command settings]
- After selecting a command, change the parameters displayed on the right side of the screen
- You can change the values and characters in the parameters, and change the data to be applied from the pull-down list.
- After changing the parameters, click "Add (Set)" at the bottom right of the screen.
*You can change the order in which commands are displayed in the command list by changing the number at the bottom left of the screen.
Example) Change the parameters of "map patrol position initialization" to set the floor map and patrol route.
How to edit the command list
・Click "▯" to create a copy of that command (including parameters) one level below
・Click "⚙" to open the command picker and change the command you set.
・Click "x" to delete the command you set.
・You can change the order of the commands you set by dragging and dropping them.

・Click "Update" at the bottom right of the editing screen to save your edits.
