● Additional features
You may add additional features, such as character faces or hats, over ugo's face as long as they comply with the guidelines.
● Ensuring safety standards
Decorations must not affect the robot's operation or compromise its safety.
● Do not use without outer packaging
Do not use the robot with its exterior removed.
● Shooting restrictions
Taking photographs of the robot with its exterior removed is prohibited (except for photographs required for maintenance).
● Non-destructive
Use materials and methods that do not damage the structure or function of the robot.
● Removability
Decorations should be easily removable if necessary.
● Ensuring heat dissipation
Decorations must not impede the robot's ability to dissipate heat.
● Electrical safety
The decorations must not cause electrical interference or short circuits
● Maintaining waterproof and dustproof properties
Do not impair the robot's waterproof and dustproof functions.
● Maintain visibility
Do not cover the robot's camera/sensors
● Compliance with legal regulations
Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights
● Ethical considerations
Decorations that are deemed inappropriate from an ethical or human rights perspective are prohibited.
● Prohibition on the creation of counterfeit products
The production and sale of any products or artwork that imitate ugo robots is strictly prohibited.
● What to do if you do not comply with the above
If Ugo Inc. determines that the decoration does not meet these guidelines, the decoration may be removed.
