◆ ugo Ex (G4) Accessories
The ugo Ex (G4) includes the main pole unit and cart unit, as well as a router case, handle, and two L-shaped cushions.
| item | Explanation |
| Router case | Included with the pole unit. Includes M3 nuts and screws for mounting to the pole unit. It can accommodate customer-provided communication equipment (mobile router / wireless LAN adapter). |
| Handle | This is to make handling the pole unit easier when packing and assembling the ugo Ex (G4). Please store it together with the packaging box after assembly. Use the pre-inserted nuts (M6) for fastening the handles as needed. |
| L-shaped cushions, 900mm x 2 | Model number: AC-64. For safety reasons, please attach the sticker to the corners or edges of the pole unit as you customize it. |
◆ Dimensions related to aluminum frame
The ugo Ex (G4) can be customized by adding sensors and other components using commercially available aluminum frames.
The dimensions of the aluminum frame and the mounting area are shown in the diagram below.
Please refer to this when performing customization.

◆ Notes on customization
When customizing the ugo Ex (G4) using an aluminum frame, be sure to calculate the center of gravity using the Excel file attached to this page before proceeding.
- The recommended load capacity is 10kg or less.
- The router case included with the pole unit weighs 500g. When using a router case, be sure to include the weight of the router case in your calculations.
- When loading devices or other items onto the aluminum frame,
please ensure that the weight is balanced front, back, left, and right.
- Loading heavy objects onto an aluminum frame raises the center of gravity. Please be careful not to let the center of gravity become too high.
* Please refer to the formula for calculating the center of gravity.
- Poor balance or a high center of gravity increases the risk of falling. Please take full responsibility for ensuring your own safety.
- If the balance between the front, rear, left, and right sides is poor,
the balance of tire contact load will be uneven, which can negatively affect maneuvers such as turning.
- For safety reasons, please be sure to attach the included L-shaped cushions to the corners and edges of any loaded items. If the cushion length is insufficient, please refer to the model number and purchase the necessary replacement yourself. - L-shaped cushion 900mm Model number: AC-64
