◆ Table of Contents
・Temporary saving and restoration process
◆ Function Overview
This feature allows you to automatically save (cache) your edits when you leave the screen without pressing the "Update" button due to network issues or an operational error while editing a Flow .
The next time you open the Flow editing screen, you can restore any unsaved work with a single click.
This function is a support function to minimize the loss of edited content in the event of unexpected browser closures, network disconnections, etc. When editing a Flow, we recommend
frequently clicking the [Update] button in the bottom right of the Flow editing screen to ensure that your data is saved .
◆ Temporary storage and recovery process
①Temporary save trigger
If you make any changes on the Flow editing screen (adding a command, modifying parameters, etc.) and then perform the following operations without first pressing the [Update] button to save, the system will automatically perform a temporary save.

A confirmation dialog will appear on the screen in the following cases:
- When you press the "Back" button on your browser and try to move to another page - Attempting to move to another page (such as the operation screen) from the ugo Portal global menu

Select "Save temporarily":
- The edited Flow content will be saved as temporary data in your browser.

- Finally, press the [Update] button to resume from the saved state.
*In this case, the temporarily saved data will be deleted.
◆ Notes
Temporary saving and restoration is only possible using the same account and the same PC/browser:
- Temporarily stored data will be retained depending on your ugo Portal operating environment. If you use a different ugo Portal account, a different PC, or a different browser on the same PC (e.g., changing from Chrome to Edge), The temporarily saved data cannot be recovered. Please be sure to resume using the same account and environment as when you interrupted.
Conditions for temporary storage:
- After entering the Flow editing screen, you must have performed some kind of editing operation (change). If you leave the screen without making any changes, no temporary data will be created.
If you restore it once and then leave without saving again:
- If you make any further edits after restoring the data, it will become eligible for temporary saving again. If you leave the computer immediately after recovery without doing anything, no new temporary data will be created and the data that was originally recovered will be lost. If you have restored the data, be sure to press the [Update] button and save the Flow editing data.
Keep the latest one per Flow:
- Temporary saving is done on a per-Flow basis. If you are editing "Flow A" and "Flow B" in parallel, the latest temporary saved data for each will be stored separately.
Temporarily saved data is stored for each account and PC (browser):
- Temporarily saved data is managed in association with the "account" and "PC (browser)" being used to perform the operation. Even if multiple people are editing the same Flow at the same time, your temporary saved data may be displayed on the editing screen of others. Your own temporary saved data will not be overwritten by someone else's temporary saved data.
If your PC goes offline while editing:
- Even if your network connection is interrupted while you are editing, your edits will be retained as long as your browser remains open. After communication is restored, you can save the data by pressing the [Update] button.
If you have completely closed your browser:
- Due to browser restrictions, the confirmation dialog "Do you want to save?" will not be displayed when you close the tab. Since automatic saving is performed using the browser's management area,
the recovery dialog will be displayed the next time you open the Flow editing screen for that Flow.
Data loss due to clearing browser cache:
- Temporarily saved data is stored in the browser's management area, so if you clear your browser's cache, the
temporarily saved data will be completely lost.
Logout behavior:
- If you intentionally select "Logout" from the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen, temporary saving may not work. When you finish your work, be sure to click the [Update] button and save.
