◆ What is a command picker?
The command picker is a "toolbox" that stores commands for creating Flows and WorkPlans that ugo will execute.
Various commands such as "move," "speak," and "move the arm" are stored here.
By selecting the necessary commands from here and arranging them in order, you can complete ugo's command list, Flow, and WorkPlan.
The tabs, which were previously switched horizontally, have been changed to a vertical layout. (From ugo Portal Ver.v1.16.6 [2026.03.12])
Clicking the "V" expander next to the command type name will display the hidden command, and clicking it again will hide it.

② In the [Filter] section, select one of the following filtering options from the command picker: [Favorites], [Recommended], or [All] .

◆ What are favorited commands?
Customers can now select and pick out only the commands they frequently use from the command picker for each building.
This improves the ability to quickly find frequently used commands when editing Flows, etc.
◆ How to use the favorited commands
■ How to add favorite commands
① Favorite commands can be set for each building. Set the favorited command in a way that is linked to the command list or the building to which the Flow is associated. Please verify that the command list or the building associated with the Flow is correct.
*Only operators with "Organization Administrator" privileges can view this. Operators with "General" privileges will only see the building they belong to.
② In the command picker, select the command you want to favorite.
③ Clicking the "☆" mark in the upper right corner of the command will make the "☆" mark turn yellow.
④ The command in question will now be displayed as a [Favorite] in the [Favorites] filter.
■ How to add commands to the command list and Flow from the favorited command
① In the command picker, set [Filter] to [Favorites].
② The commands you added as [Favorites] will be displayed. Set the parameters as needed, and click [Add] to add it to the command list or Flow.
■ How to remove a command from Favorites
① Click the yellow "☆" mark in the upper right corner of the command you added as a [Favorites].
② The command will no longer be displayed in the [Favrorites] filter.
*The command itself will not disappear from the command picker,
so you can continue to add and use it by setting the filter to "All".
◆ What are recommended commands?
In the "Recommended" tab, we have configured a list of commands that are frequently used in ugo operations. Please use this to help you create your Flows. You cannot individually add or remove commands within the "Recommende" tab.
Adding commands to the command list or Flow is the same as with favorite commands.
◆ Notes
- The status of adding commands to [Favorites] is configured on a building-by-building basis within your organization. It is not possible to set separate [Favorites] commands for each operator. For example, you cannot set separate
[Favorites] commands for operator A and operator B, both belonging to the ugo manual building.
- Adding/removing commands from [Favorites] can be done by operators with both "Organization Administrator" and "General" privileges.
- Operators with "Organization Administrator" privileges can add or remove [Favorites] commands
for the building to which the command list or Flow is associated, in the command list or Flow editing screen. Example: An organization administrator can add/remove pickup commands for the command pickers of all buildings within the organization,
regardless of which building they belong to. Adding/removing [Favorites] commands for "ugo manual building A" Adding/removing [Favorites] commands for "ugo manual building B"
- Users cannot change the order of commands or command types displayed in the [Favorites] or [Recommended] filters.
- There is currently no limit to the number of commands that can be added to [Favorites].
