Emergency stop button
The emergency stop button on the ugo unit (see the figure below) may be stuck pressed.
Turn it in the direction of the arrow to release it, then restart the ugo device.
Collision detection function
The collision detection function may be activated and the cart unit may not move. Check that there are no obstacles nearby.
Where road resistance is high
In places with carpet or high resistance on the floor, the resistance of the road surface is high, so the load when driving is large, and it may not be possible to drive ugo straight across. In that case, move ugo to a place where the resistance of the road surface is low.
What to do if the above doesn't work
・Restart the "Cart" service.

・If the above does not restore the system, please perform a "system restart (main unit restart)."
- For G4, restart the system. For G3, restart the device. *Depends on the model of ugo you are using (G4 or G3).
