Please restart ugo if the following situation occurs:
・The arm torque is not applied, but the cart moves.
・The face display does not change from the emergency stop state
For ugo OS version 2.2 and later, pressing the emergency stop button and then releasing it will release the emergency stop.
If the device does not return to normal after you release the button and wait for more than 5 minutes, please restart ugo.
To restart ugo, please follow the steps below:
① Turn off the power of the ugo device
*Be careful not to let the arm come into contact with surrounding objects as this will cause the arm to lose torque (Pro model only).
*For ugo (G4) models, it takes some time for the power to turn off.
* If the power does not turn off, please refer to this .
② Turn on the power of the ugo device
*For G3 models, please wait about 2 minutes before turning on the ugo unit.
