Emergency stop button may be pressed
If the emergency stop button is pressed, the machine will not start correctly. Please check that the emergency stop button is not pressed.
Possible communication conditions
If the connection is poor, the face may not be displayed. Please try again in a good connection environment.
If you disconnect the mobile router and restart the device while it is not connected to the network, the display will be correct.
What to do if the above doesn't work
・Restart the "Face Display" service

・If the above does not restore the system, please perform a "system restart (main unit restart)."
- For G4, restart the system. For G3, restart the device. *Depends on the model of ugo you are using (G4 or G3).
