Types of Restarts
There are three types of ugo reboots:
・Service restart (restarts only specific services)
・System reboot (Software will reboot the entire system including hardware)
・Reboot the main unit (reboots all systems with hardware)
*Some models have different behavior when restarting ugo.

How to restart
Restart the service ( if the service status is displayed as NG or if ugo is unstable, restart the service)
1. Click the "Action Menu" at the bottom right of the ugo operation screen to expand it, then click the "Action Menu" at the top right of the ugo operation screen
Click on Settings
2. Select the service you want to restart from the pull-down list, then click Restart at the bottom right of the screen.
* After restarting the service, reload the ugo operation screen to update the service status.
*Please do not touch the areas surrounded by red frames unless otherwise announced by our company.
System Reboot
Click the "Action Menu" at the bottom right of the ugo operation screen to expand it, then click "Settings" at the top right of the ugo operation screen
Differences in system restart behavior
The system reboot behavior differs depending on the ugo model (G3/G4).
For ugo Pro G3 model, reboot ugo OS (behavior differs from rebooting from power source)
For ugo Pro G4 model, restarts the entire robot including the hardware (same behavior as restarting the main unit)
Restart the device
2.Remove the back cover and press the power button
2. When you turn the power off, the face display will show "Shutting down"
3. Once the power is turned off, the face display will disappear (Pro only).
4. Turn the power ON
*If the "Ending" message does not appear, please wait about 3 minutes after turning the power off before turning it back on.
