The audio output of the ugo unit may be set to 0. Please check the output by following the steps below.
1. Click the button at the bottom right of the operation screen.
2. Click the Settings button.
3. Check the output settings for "UGO Speaker Volume" on the settings screen.
・If the above does not restore the system, please perform a "system restart (main unit restart)."
- For G4, restart the system. For G3, restart the device. *Depends on the model of ugo you are using (G4 or G3).
