◆Diagnostic Flow
◆STEP 1: Check the Charger Unit
- Is the charger (black box) plugged into the outlet and powered on?
- Is the charger's LED blinking green and is there no clicking sound?
- If the LED blinks accompanied by a clicking sound, the charger itself may be malfunctioning.
- Please record a video and contact Technical Support via inquiry.
◆STEP 2: Check Cable Connections
Please confirm that the cable between the charger and the charging station is securely connected.

◆STEP 3: Confirm Charging by Manual Docking
Manually dock the ugo onto the station and confirm if charging starts normally.
- The battery icon in the upper right corner of the control screen changes to charging status
- The charger's charging status LED lights up
- The charging station's status lamp lights up (may take about 10 seconds to light)

If the charging station's status lamp is blinking, please refer to the following pages.

If charging still does not start normally after the above steps, there may be an issue with the charger or the charging station unit.

◆STEP 4: Confirm Requirements for Automatic Charging Return
If there are no issues in STEPS 1 to 3, check the specific requirements for automatic charging return.
If the following requirements are not met, automatic charging return may fail.

◆STEP 5: Check Error Codes
If automatic charging return fails, an error code and message will be displayed on the control screen.
For the major codes below, we provide specific check items.

If automatic charging return fails in Flow, an error message saying "timeout" may appear.
In that case, please refer to the check and action items in the above error code table.
