◆ Symptoms
The charging station's charging status LED is blinking yellow.
◆ Points to confirm and possible causes
Please manually remove the ugo Pro from the charging station.
The status of the charging status LED after removal can help in troubleshooting the problem.
When you pull it out, the charging status LED turns off.
→A poor connection with the ugo Pro is possible. Please ensure the ugo Pro is securely connected to the charging station.
If the charging status LED is blinking yellow even after unplugging it
→It is possible that dust has accumulated in the charging station's fan, causing the internal temperature of the charging station to rise. Please proceed to the troubleshooting steps below .
◆ Troubelshooting
① Remove any dust clogging the opening of the main unit's fan on the side of the charging station using a vacuum cleaner or similar tool.
*Please ensure the charging station's main switch is turned OFF and the power connector is unplugged before proceeding.
② Insert the power connector, turn the main unit switch ON, connect the ugo Pro, and
confirm that the charging status LED is not blinking yellow.
Follow the procedures described in the [ugo Pro / Ex] daily and periodic inspection manual
to prevent dust from accumulating in the main unit fan of the charging station.
