◆STEP 1: Check Basic Connections

Before checking the symptoms, please first verify the following:

• Is the charger (black box) plugged into an outlet and powered on?
• Is the outlet itself supplying power? (Check by plugging in another electrical device, for example)
• Is the charger’s LED blinking green and is there a clicking sound?
  • If the LED blinks accompanied by a clicking sound, the charger may be faulty.
  • Please record a video and contact Technical Support via inquiry.

• Is the cable between the charger and the charging station securely connected?

If there are no issues with the above, please proceed to the next step.

◆STEP 2: Select Your Symptom

• Cannot automatically return to the charging station or fails to dock
  → [All Models] Cannot Automatically Return to or Dock with Charging Station
   
• Charger LED blinks green and clicking sound is heard
  → [All Models] Charger LED Blinks Green with Clicking Sound
   
• Charging station’s charging status LED blinks yellow
  → [Pro / Ex] Charging Station’s Charging Status LED Blinks Yellow
   
• Docking with charging station disconnects spontaneously, interrupting charging 
  → [Pro / Ex] Docking with Charging Station Disconnects Spontaneously, Interrupting Charging
   
• Battery level does not display on the operation screen 
  → [mini] Battery Level Not Displayed on Operation Screen
   
• Charging station status lamp blinks yellow 
  → [mini] Charging Station Status Lamp Blinks Yellow
   
• Charging station status lamp blinks red 
  → [mini] Charging Station Status Lamp Blinks Red

If none of the above symptoms apply, please contact us below.
When contacting us, please provide the following information if possible:

• Date and time of occurrence, frequency
• Serial numbers of the charger, charging station, and device (main unit)
• Information about the floor material where the charging station is installed
• LED status of the charging station and charger (color, on/blinking)
• Screenshot of the operation screen
• Whether charging starts when docking is done manually
