⚠️Notes
Please be sure to check the following before performing the OS update.
- The ugo's battery level must be 20% or higher. The update cannot begin if it's below 20%.
- Please perform the update while connected to a charging station or charger.
- Please do not turn off the ugo during the update.
- Please ensure that your internet connection speed is stable.
- The time required for the update will vary depending on your network connection.

◆ OS update procedure
*This applies to all models.
① In the ugo operation screen, click Action menu > Settings.
② In the [System] tab, select the target OS from the [OS Version] dropdown menu.
③ After making your selection, click [Update] and a confirmation pop-up will appear.
④ Clicking [Yes] will switch the screen and start the OS update.
⑤ Once the OS update is complete, a pop-up will appear and ugo will automatically restart.
⑥ After the restart is complete, the update is finished when ugo appears online on the operation screen. *The restart process may take several minutes.
⑦ Access the operation screen and confirm that the OS version displayed in the lower left corner has been updated.
- If the latest OS is installed, the System tab will display "ugo OS is up to date".
◆ If the update does not complete
If the OS update is not completed after 30 minutes, please contact our technical support .
We will access the ugo device and check the update progress.
Please do not turn off ugo's power and keep it online.
• Connect the ugo to a charging station or charger and keep it charging.
