◆ Function Overview
The notification function notifies you via email or messaging apps of events such as when a ugo Flow has completed, when a meter reading exceeds a threshold, when an error occurs in a Flow, or when the emergency stop switch has been pressed.
Notifications can be sent via three methods: Email, Slack, and Elgana.
When you set up the notification function, the following message will be sent to you via email or various messaging apps.

◆ Building Designation
The notification function allows you to choose whether or not to receive messages for each building.
Example configuration:
Get notifications about ugo in Building A.
Get notifications about ugo in Building A and Building B.

◆ Notification Level
The notification level will change depending on the event that occurs.
Message recipients can choose the level of notification they want to receive.
If you only want to receive important "Warning" or "Emergency" messages, set yourself as a "Warning" recipient or "Emergency" recipient.

◆ Settings for Receiving Notification by Email
Notification settings can only be made by an account with "Organization Administrator" privileges.
Emails can also be sent to email addresses set by an account with "General" privileges.
ugo Portal setup procedure
①Click "Organizations" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② From the "Organizations" select the organization for which you want to set notifications (the organization associated with the building).
③Click the “+” to the right of “Notification Settings”.
④ Select "Send Email" for "Notification Type", enter the email address where you want to receive the notification, and select the "Building" and "Notification Level" from the drop-down list.
⑤ Click “Register”.

◆ Settings for Receiving Notification via Slack
Pre-configuration is required on both Slack and ugo Portal.
Notification settings can only be configured by an account with "Organization Administrator" privileges.
Setting procedure on Slack side
①Access the following URL and log in to Slack:
https://slack.com/services/new/incoming-webhook
②Select the channel you want to receive notifications from the dropdown menu and click "Add Incoming Webhook Integration".
③The screen will change and the Webhook URL will be displayed. Please make a note of it. Please use the copy when entering it into ugo Portal later.
Setting procedure on ugo Portal side
①Click "Organizations" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② From the "Organizations" select the organization for which you want to set notifications (the organization associated with the building).
③Click the “+” to the right of “Notification Settings.”
④ Select Slack notification in "Notification type", enter the Slack channel Webhook URL where you want to receive notifications, and select "Building" and "Notification level" from the drop-down list.
⑤ Click “Register”.

(Japanese Only)
Please note that Elgana is only available in Japanese.
- Pre-configuration is required on both the Elgana and ugo Portal sides.
Setting procedure on Elgana side
① Click the "New Registration" button from the "Service Integration" menu on the Elgana service management screen.
② You will be redirected to the service integration screen, so click the "Register integrated service (custom)" button.
③ Enter information on the new registration screen for linked services (custom) and click the "Register" button.
④ Make a note of the bot ID and password displayed on the registration completion screen.
*Before proceeding to the setup procedure on the ugo Portal side, create a room containing the bot you created on the app.
Setting procedure on ugo Portal side
①Click "Organization Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② From the "Organization List," select the organization for which you want to set notifications (the organization associated with the building for which you want to set notifications).
③ Click the “+” to the right of “Notification Settings.”
④ Select Elgana notification under "Notification type", enter the bot ID, password, and Elgana workspace ID of the Elgana bot that will receive the notification, and click "Load room".
⑤Select the room you want to receive notifications from, and select the "Building" and "Notification Level" from the drop-down list.
⑥Click “Register”.

◆ How to Send a Test Message

① From "Organizations" select the organization for which you want to set notifications (the organization linked to the building) and click the notification recipient for a test notification.
② Click "Send Test" to see if the message arrives.
◆ How to Delete Registered Information
*Same for email, Slack, and elgana
① From the global menu "Organization Management" > "Organization List", select the organization for which you want to set notifications (the organization linked to the building for which you want to set notifications), and click the notification recipient you want to delete.
② Click the trash icon in the upper right corner to delete it.
