You need to configure "Notification Settings" in "Organization Management"
* Notification settings can only be performed by accounts with "Organization Administrator" privileges.
What are task event notifications?
【Relationship diagram】
- A function that sends an email to the email address set in "Organization Management" when the "Task Event Notification" command is executed.
- To execute a "Task event notification" command, you must sandwich it between a "Task start" command and a "Task complete" command, just like with "Task image save" (Flow execution).

- You can set the "notification level" for "Task event notification" and the "building" to receive emails from, and the "notification level"

Setting procedure for the email receiver
① Click "Organization Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② From the list of organizations, select the organization for which you want to set notifications (the organization associated with the building for which you want to set notifications).
③ Click the "+" to the right of "Notification Settings"
④ Enter the email address to receive notifications and select the "Building" and "Notification Level" from the drop-down list.

⑤ Click "Update"
If necessary, click "Send Test" to see if the email arrives.

Steps for setting up the email sender (Task Event Notification Flow)
① Open the edit screen for the Flow you want to set up from "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.

*If you want to create a new Flow, please refer to Flow Settings > How to register a Flow.
② Select the "Task Event Notification" command from the command picker, set the "Notification level" and "Message" in the parameters, and then click "Add (Set)" in the bottom right.

③ Open the command picker again and add (set) the "Task Start" command to "Before" and the "Task Completed" command to "After" of the "Task Event Notification" command.
*Please change the order of the commands by dragging and dropping them to the order shown below.

Supplementary information
If the "order" of "Task start", "Task event notification", and "Task completion" is correct, it will work even if you set another command between the commands.
*In the example below, a task event notification (email will be sent) will be sent after the map has been patrolled.
