Each case and how to deal with it
・The layout is significantly different from when the map was created.
→Please recreate the map data. *Please refer to this article → Map data creation and floor linking
・Map correction is set to "OFF (disabled)"
→Please make sure that the "Map Navigation Position Initialization" command and "Map Correction ON/OFF" command in Flow are set to "Enabled" by following the steps below.
① Click "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left of ugo Portal.
② Click on the Flow
③ Click the "⚙" to the right of "Map Navigation Position Initialization" and "Map Correction ON/OFF" in the Flow Edit screen.
④ Select "Enable" from the "Self-position correction (correction)" pull-down list in the displayed parameters.
Click "Set up" on the bottom right
⑤ Click "Update" at the bottom right of the editing screen.
Even if you have set map correction to "enabled", if it becomes "disabled" during operation, please check how ugo is being used.
*If you start the Flow halfway through, the command to enable map correction may not be executed.
・There are no distinctive features on the map (such as long corridors)
→Please set the map correction function to "priority on driving track" by following the steps below.
[For ugo OS ver.2.4.0 or later] *The procedure differs depending on the ugo OS version you are using.
① Click "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left of ugo Portal.
② Click on the Flow
③ Click the "⚙" to the right of "Map NavigationPosition Initialization" on the Flow Edit screen.
④ In the parameters that are displayed, select "Priority on driving trajectory (for long aisles)" from the "Position correction mode" pull-down list at the bottom > Click "Set" at the bottom right
⑤ Click "Update" at the bottom right of the editing screen.
[For ugo OS ver.2.2.1~2.3.x] *The procedure differs depending on the ugo OS version you are using.
① Click "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left of ugo Portal.
② Click on the relevant Flow ③ Click on the "+" in the top left of the Flow editing screen
④ Go > Click "Map correction ON/OFF" and select "Correction" from the pull-down list in the parameters on the right.
Select "Enabled" and select "Priority on driving trajectory (for long passages)" from the "Position correction mode" pull-down list.
Select "Add" and click "Add"
⑤ Drag and drop the added "Map correction ON/OFF" to the front of "Map Navigation start" and edit the
Click "Update" at the bottom right of the screen.
[What to do if the above does not resolve the issue]
・Please restart the "Map" service and the "LiDAR" service.

・If the above does not restore the system, please perform a "system restart (main unit restart)."
