There are two possible cases:

Each case and how to deal with it
Map not applied
→Please check if you can apply the map from the operation screen by following the steps below.
① Click on the "Building Name" at the top of the ugo operation screen
② "Current Floor Settings" > Select the floor you want to patrol from the pull-down list > "Use this unit as a map editor"
Click "Open the
③ From the "Map Data" pull-down list in the upper right corner of the Map Editor screen, select another map
Select a map > Click "Apply this map" at the bottom > Reload the screen
④ Change "Another Map registered on the floor" in ③ above to "Map to be used in Map Tour" and do the same.
Follow the steps
⑤ Return to the ugo operation screen and click on "Building name" at the top.
⑥ "Current Floor Settings" > Select another floor from the pull-down list > Select the floor to navigate the map >
Reload the ugo operation screen
・If you are unable to apply the map using the above steps, please check [What to do if the above does not resolve the issue]
・If the map data you want to apply is not available, please recreate the map data.

The "Map Navigation Position Initialization" command is not set correctly in Flow
→Please set the "Map Navigation Position Initialization" command "before" the "Map Navigation Start" command.
①Click "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left of ugo Portal.
②Click on the Flow
③Click the "+" in the top left of the Flow editing screen or under Commands.
(If you click the "+" under the command, step 5 is not necessary.)
④ Click Move > "Map Navigation Position Initialization", and from the pull-down list of "Floor Map" and "Navigation Route" in the parameters on the right, select the same as the setting of "Map Navigation Start", and click "Add".
⑤ Drag and drop the added "Map Navigation Position Initialization" to the front of "Map Navigation Start" and click "Update" at the bottom right of the editing screen.
[What to do if the above does not resolve the issue]
Please restart the "Map" service .

If the above does not restore the system, please perform a "system restart (main unit restart)."
- For G4, restart the system. For G3, restart the device. *Depends on the model of ugo you are using (G4 or G3).
