If this symptom occurs, it may be that the map is not being loaded correctly within ugo.
In this case, self-position correction will not be performed correctly and may become misaligned as you drive.
First, make sure that "Map Application" has been applied, then reload the floor/map or restart the map service to improve the situation.
Example of when Map is not loaded
An example of a map that is loading correctly
① Check if the map is applied
Check that the map you want to use is applied in the map editor for that floor.
If it says "This map is being applied," then it's OK.
Now refresh the operation screen, and if it does not reach the "correctly loaded" state mentioned above, proceed to ②.
②Reload the map
First, apply a different map saved on the same floor,
update the operation screen, and then reapply the original map.
After that, select a different floor from the top of the operation screen,
then select the original floor again.
If it does not show "correctly loaded" at this point, proceed to ③.
③Restart the Map service
Restart the Map service by going to "Settings" -> "Services" at the bottom right of the operation screen.
Please refer to this article → How to restart > Restart the service
If the above does not restore the system, please perform a "system restart (main unit restart)."
- For G4, restart the system. For G3, restart the device. *Depends on the model of ugo you are using (G4 or G3).
