◆About Responding to the Call Button
- Due to product specifications, please allow about 10 seconds between presses of the call button. If pressed repeatedly at intervals shorter than this, detection may not work correctly.
- If the button is pressed and held, the signal will be sent to ugo after the button is released.
- Currently, it takes about 5 to 10 seconds from pressing the button until notifications (voice, email, etc.) are received. Occasionally, the same notification may be received twice. We are considering improvements to this response time in future ugo OS updates.
◆Precautions
- The call button press is detected and notified only while the 【Beacon Detection (Bluetooth)】 command is running. If ugo is powered off, the Bluetooth icon will be off after reboot. After powering on, please run the 【Beacon Detection (Bluetooth)】 command on the operation screen to turn the Bluetooth icon on.
- The call button notification volume follows the volume settings of the computer, smartphone, or ugo. If no notification sound is heard, please check the volume settings on your computer, smartphone, or ugo. - For how to adjust ugo’s volume, please refer to the following page: ugo Speaker Output Volume Mechanism and How to Set It
- When returning the unit to our company or transporting it between customer locations, be sure to remove the call button from the body unit. Packing and transporting the unit with the call button attached may cause damage.
