Click the help icon at the bottom right of the operation screen to display the keyboard operation guide.
◆ Keyboard operation lock
After logging in to the operation screen and reloading the operation screen, when you perform keyboard operations for the first time, keyboard operations will be locked (restricted) to prevent incorrect operations or unintended actions.
When the keyboard is locked, a small lock symbol is displayed on the keyboard lock icon.
When the keyboard is unlocked, the cross arrow icon lights up when you perform keyboard operations.
When you reload or reopen the operation screen, keyboard operations are locked again.
If you try to move forward/backward or turn left/right using the keyboard while the keyboard is locked, the following pop-up will be displayed.
Clicking "Unlock" will unlock the keyboard and allow you to use the keyboard.
In addition to being able to unlock the keyboard operation lock from the pop-up, you can also unlock it by pressing the [Keyboard Lock Icon] at the top of the operation screen.
◆ Movement restrictions while charging
While ugo is charging (charging from a charger or charging while connected to a charging station), movement and turning operations other than in a straight line are restricted (locked) to prevent the charger or charging station from being dragged along while moving or turning.
If you try to move backward or turn left or right while the movement is restricted while charging, a pop-up message will appear saying "Robot is charging" and "Driving canceled because the battery is charging.
Clicking "Remove" will remove the movement restriction while connected to the charging station, allowing you to move backward or turn left or right.
Movement operations that can be performed when movement is restricted while charging
・Advancement of keyboard operation ・"Go straight ◯m" command
*Please refrain from executing the "Start Map Patrol" command as it may damage the terminals of the charging station.
