Automatic charging return requirements
[Common to all ugo OS]
- Make sure the charging station is in the correct condition .
- The charging station is turned on (the switch on the unit is lit green).
-The power connector is connected.
-The back of the charging station must be in contact with a flat wall that is at least 30 cm wide.
- The floor must not sink more than 3mm.
- The charging station's ugo guidance window must not be covered with cloth or other objects.
-The charging station's ugo guidance window must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
・2D LiDAR on the front of the cart unit, ultrasonic sensor on the back of the cart unit, automatic charging
The electric marker sensor is clean.
If there is any visible dirt, remove it with a cloth.

* When removing the cover, be careful not to damage the 2D LiDAR.
- The ugo can be charged when manually docked in the charging station.
- The battery indicator on the top right of the ugo operation screen changes
- The charging station's charging status LED should light up.
*It may take about 10 seconds for the charging status LED to light up.

If the command is not in the command list, add it from "Command List Settings" and then reload the ugo operation screen.

If the above does not resolve the issue, please check the following:
- Are there any objects in the vicinity that emit ultrasonic or infrared radiation?
*Ugo's ultrasonic sensor and LiDAR are used for automatic charging and returning.
- In places where many machines and sensors are used, the ultrasonic and infrared radiation they emit can interfere with ugo.
There is a possibility that unintended detection may occur. Please check whether there are any such facilities in your vicinity.
- If you are using multiple ugo devices, please turn off the power of adjacent ugo devices before trying to automatically charge them.
This is because other powered-on ugos also emit ultrasonic waves as collision prevention sensors .
- Place a cloth-like object on the wall behind the charging station to try automatic charging.
In an environment with many walls, ultrasonic waves may be scattered .
Since cloth-like materials tend to absorb sound waves, placing them may be able to prevent the above .
