◆Symptoms
When pressing the M key (microphone icon) on the operation screen (using the function to output the operator’s voice from ugo via PC), howling occurs.
◆Countermeasure
If the distance between the ugo main unit and the operation PC is close (within a few meters), the sound may loop and be heard as howling.
Please check whether the distance between the ugo main unit and the PC operating the M key (microphone icon on the operation screen) is within a few meters.
The closer the distance, the easier it is for the PC microphone to pick up the sound from the ugo speaker, making howling more likely to occur.
Please increase the distance between the ugo main unit and the operation PC as much as possible.
