◆What is Task Event Notification?
"Task Event Notification" is a command that sends a notification to pre-configured recipients via email or a messaging app when a specific event occurs during a ugo task (Flow).
Notifications can be sent via three methods: email, Slack, or Elgana.
Using this command allows you to remotely monitor ugo's task progress and anomalies in real time, helping to speed up on-site response.
Once configured, a message like the one shown below will be sent via email or the selected messaging app.
※The message text can be customized by the customer.
◆Task Event Notification Use Cases
"Task Event Notification" allows you to freely set the notification level, enabling flexible use in scenarios that cannot be covered by the standard notification functions.
■Reporting Flow Progress
Specific Flow:
- Execute the "Task Event Notification" command at the start and end of a Flow.
Benefits:
- Normally, Flow start and end notifications are only sent at the "Notification level," but the notification level of the "Task Event Notification" command can be changed. By setting notifications to "Warning" or "Urgent," you can also notify administrators who normally only receive high-priority notifications.

Specific Flow:
- While patrolling the map, execute the "Task Event Notification" command after arriving at a "specific location" that requires inspection.
Benefits:
- You can confirm ugo's arrival at the site in real time from a remote location.

■Immediate Reporting Upon Anomaly Detection
Specific Flow:
- Immediately after a "human detection command" or "object detection command," execute a "task event notification" at the "urgent" level.
Benefits:
- Detected images and email reports can be linked in real time when an anomaly occurs,
enabling a rapid response to critical anomalies, such as nighttime intruder detection.
|
When a person is detected, the Flow sends a notification at the "emergency level," simultaneously activating ugo's flashing lights, issuing a warning announcement, and taking an image. |
