To ensure safe and secure use of ugo Pro/Ex, we recommend that you perform regular inspections to maintain performance and detect any malfunctions or breakdowns early .
Please check the inspection items below and use them for daily and periodic inspections.

To operate ugo Pro/Ex, please perform this with the robot power ON.

| Various cameras | Press "C" on the keyboard to switch the image displayed on the operation screen and check if the image is displayed correctly. The camera switches in the following order: front camera → face camera → rear camera. *Face camera is only available on the Pro . |

Lifter unit (Pro only) |
Use the lift icon on the operation screen to move the lifter to a height of 850mm and 650mm. Check that it moves all the way and that there are no abnormal noises along the way. |

Arm (Pro only) |
Execute the "Initial Posture" command and "Traveling Posture" command on the operation screen and check that the arm posture transitions smoothly and without any abnormal noise. |
| Movement/Rotation | On the operation screen, use the keyboard or execute the commands "Go straight ◯ m", "Turn left ◯ degrees" and "Turn right ◯ degrees" and check that they are performed smoothly and without any abnormal noise. |

Press the emergency stop switch and make sure the ugo Pro/Ex enters emergency stop mode. Check items: |
| Charging |
When using a charger: Insert the charging cable into the charging cable jack of the ugo Pro/Ex, and check that the battery icon on the operation screen is charging. At the same time, check that the charging status LED on the charger is lit red. |

When using the charging station: Press the ugo Pro/Ex into the charging station by hand and check whether the battery icon on the operation screen shows charging status. For the charging station P2 , check whether the charging status LED on the charger is lit red. | |
| Automatic charging | Execute the "Start automatic charging" command and check whether automatic charging and return are working properly. Also, make sure the cart rear camera and charging station marker window are clean. |

◆ Charging station/charger daily inspection items
Please carry out this procedure before each day's operation.
[Caution] Make sure to turn off the charger and charging station and unplug the power cord from the outlet before proceeding.

| Connectors and Plugs | Please check that there are no foreign objects or abnormalities in the connectors or plugs of your ugo/charger/charging station. Blow away any dust from the connectors and plugs with an air duster (approximately once a week, depending on the dust level in the environment). (See Figures 3, 4, and 5.) |
| Marker Window | Blow off any dust from the marker area with an air duster. Then gently wipe it with a cleaning cloth, such as the one used to clean glasses. (Figure 6) |
| Fan vent | To prevent dust from accumulating in the fan vent openings, periodically remove dust from the filter with a vacuum cleaner (approximately once a week, depending on the dust level in the environment) (Figure 7). |
| ugo connection | When you insert the ugo into the charging station, make sure it connects smoothly and without any noise. To prevent dust from accumulating on the ugo connection part of the charging station, clean it regularly. ◆ ugo Pro/Ex periodic inspection items
Please perform this check approximately every 6 months of use.
