◆ How to set up two-step authentication when logging in
To further secure your account, ugo Portal offers two-factor authentication in addition to the standard password authentication.
This requires you to enter not only your password when logging in, but also an additional authentication code sent to you by one of the following methods:
- Verification code sent to your registered email address - SMS verification code sent to your registered mobile phone number
By setting up two-step authentication, even if your password is leaked, you can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized login by a third party, allowing you to use ugo Portal more safely.
① Click the operation screen > user icon > account settings.
②The security screen will appear, so select the authentication method from the drop-down menu next to [Authentication Mode]. There are three authentication methods: ・Password authentication ・Password authentication + email authentication ・Password authentication + SMS authentication
③After selecting the authentication mode, click "Update" at the bottom right of the screen.
