[Most Important] Request for Configuration Changes Due to Migration to the New WebRTC Platform (SkyWay) System
With the complete transition to the new SkyWay system on May 1, 2026 (Friday) at 0:00 (JST), communication requirements will change entirely.
Please ensure that you have configured your settings to allow the new domain and updated to ugo OS v4.4.0 by April 30, 2026.
If you have implemented communication restrictions (such as whitelisting) on your facility's network,
please add the new settings by April 30, 2026.
*Until you update to ugo OS ver. 4.4.0, you will need to have both the existing "*.webrtc.ecl.ntt.com" and "*.skyway.ntt.com" coexisting.
If you do not take action by the deadline, you will no longer be able to perform any operations on the ugo Portal or check camera footage after May 1st. (Please note that remote updates will also be unavailable.)
