・How to change registered Flow information
What is Flow?
・Flow is a function that automatically executes the commands you set in sequence.
・Used to automatically greet people on guard duty, or to automatically travel a specific route for facility guidance and surveillance.
・I want to register Flows in a "Flow Group (a container for registering Flows)" and have the registered Flows run automatically.
Set and use commands
・Flow is linked to "Flow Group", "Building", and "Floor".
・Flow groups are organized like this: "Patrol Flows are registered in the Patrol Group, and Sentry Flows are registered in the Sentry Group."
By creating different Flows for different purposes, you can use them for different purposes.
How to register Flow
You must first register your building, floor, and Flow group in the "Building Management" section of ugo Portal.

①Click "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "Flow Settings List"
③ Enter any name in "Flow Name" and select the "Building/Flow Group" to which you want to register the Flow from the drop-down list.
Select the "Floor" where you want to use Flow, then click "Register and Edit" at the bottom right of the screen.
* You can duplicate the contents of an existing flow by copying it and pasting it into "Definition JSON".

How to edit a Flow
①Click "Flow Settings" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the Flow you want to edit from the "Flow Settings List"
*1 If you click "Register and edit" when registering a Flow, you will automatically be taken to the editing screen.
*2 You can narrow down the registered Flows by clicking "🔍".

Points to note when setting command lists
When creating a command, please refrain from entering any emojis in the test input field.
If you enter emojis and set them up, a data inconsistency will occur, and all users will be unable to use ugo Portal until the system is restored.(It will take time to identify where the emoji was entered and to restore the deleted emoji.)
Example: Random voice command
Text #2: A warning message will be displayed stating "Emojis are not allowed!"
Text #4: Please note that some emojis may not display warnings.
How to add a command Repeat steps ① and ② below to add a command to the Flow.
①Click the "+" in the upper left corner of the editing screen.
② Select the command you want to add from the "Command Picker" and click "Add" at the bottom right of the screen.
The commands are added in order from top to bottom.
[When changing command settings]
- After selecting a command, change the parameters displayed on the right side of the screen
- You can change the values and characters in the parameters, and change the data to be applied from the pull-down list.
- After changing the parameters, click "Add (Set)" at the bottom right of the screen.
*You can change the order in which they are added to the Flow by changing the numbers in the bottom left of the screen.
Example) Change the parameters of "map patrol position initialization" to set the floor map and patrol route.
How to edit Flow content
- Click "▯" to create a copy of that command (including parameters) one level below
- Click "⚙" to open the command picker and change the command you set.
- Click "x" to delete the command you set.
- You can change the order of the commands you set by dragging and dropping them.

How to save your edits
Click "Update" at the bottom right of the editing screen to save your edits.
