After pressing the power button, the LED keeps flashing (Pro G4 only)

This article explains what to do if the LED on the power button continues to flash and does not function properly during startup or shutdown.

①LED lighting/blinking pattern

The LED on the power button is equipped with an LED that displays the status of ugo, and you can check the status of ugo by whether it is lit or flashing.

LED lighting and blinking patterns

Light off Power OFF
Light on Power ON
Pattern A Fast blinking
Pattern B: Fast flashing (irregular)
Pattern C slow flashing

②LED display during normal operation

(1) Startup

LED ​ ​	Light off	➡︎	Pattern C	Light on
operation	-	Power button ON	Wait about 3 minutes	Startup complete

(2) At shutdown

LED ​ ​	Light on	➡︎	Pattern C	Light off
operation	-	Power button OFF	Wait about 30 seconds	Shutdown complete

③LED display during abnormality

If you find an abnormal LED light, please follow the steps below.

(1) What to do if startup fails

LED ​ ​	Light off	➡︎	Pattern C	➡︎	Pattern A	➡︎	Pattern B	Light off
operation	-	Power button ON	If the device is not booting up, wait until the LED starts flashing in pattern A.			Power button OFF	Wait about 30 seconds	Shutdown complete *2

*1 If the startup sound continues to play or the face is not displayed, etc., symptoms continue for more than 5 minutes.
*2 Please restart the device after the shutdown is complete.

⑵What to do if shutdown fails

LED ​ ​	Light on	➡︎	Pattern C	➡︎	Pattern B	➡︎ *4	➡︎ *4	➡︎	Light off
operation	-	Power button OFF	If you cannot shut down the device *3, wait until the LED starts flashing in pattern B.			Power button ON *4	Wait about 10 seconds *4	Power button OFF	Shutdown complete

*3 If the shutdown sound does not sound or other symptoms continue for more than 4 minutes.
*4 This operation will not appear on the LED display, so be sure to wait for about 10 seconds.

3) If restarting from the portal fails

LED ​ ​	Light on	➡︎	Pattern C	➡︎	Light off	➡︎	Pattern A	➡︎	Pattern B	Light off
operation	-	Restart from the portal	If you cannot restart the device, turn it off and wait about 4 minutes until the LED goes out.			Power button ON	Wait about 5 seconds	Power button OFF	Wait about 30 seconds	Shutdown complete *5

*5 Please restart after shutdown is complete.
