How to open the device settings screen
①Open the ugo operation screen of the ugo for which you want to change the settings
②Click the "Action Menu" at the bottom right of the ugo operation screen to expand it, then click "Settings" at the top right of the ugo operation screen
Basic configuration
Set the camera used by ugo when performing a specific action.
Please select the camera you want to use from the drop-down list.
* External camera is not installed as standard.
Service
If the service status is displayed as NG or if ugo is unstable, restart the service.
Select the service you want to restart from the pull-down list, then click Restart at the bottom right of the screen.
*Please do not touch the areas surrounded by red frames unless otherwise announced by our company.
Supplementary information
Click the "robot icon" in the upper right corner of the ugo operation screen to display a list of service status.
If there is a service that is in an NG state, the "robot icon" will turn orange and "NG" will be displayed to the right of the corresponding service item.
PC Audio
Configure the PC audio settings used when operating ugo.
Please select the device you want to use from the drop-down list.
ugo sound
Set the volume of ugo's pronunciation (speaker output) and sound collection (microphone input gain)
You can set the volume to 11 levels, including mute.
System
ugo system updates, system restart
System Updates
Select the system version from the drop-down list and click Update on the right side of the screen.

If the system version is up to date, the following screen will be displayed.
System Reboot
To restart the system, click Restart at the bottom right of the screen.

How to proceed with the system update
①After the update starts, the progress will be displayed on the ugo operation screen.
*Please do not turn off the power of ugo while updating.
②After the update is complete, ugo will automatically restart.
*Be careful not to let the arm come into contact with surrounding objects, as this will cause the arm torque to be released (Pro model only).
After restarting ugo, please check the version on the left side of the ugo operation screen.
