How to register a building
① Click "Building Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click "+" in the top right of the "Building List" screen
③The "Building Registration" screen shown below will appear, so enter each item.
After entering each item, click "Register" at the bottom right of the screen.
| ① Name | Enter the name of the building | This will be the name of the building displayed in the portal. |
| ② Organization | Select your organization name (only one will be displayed) | Organization administrators can operate all ugo accounts within the same organization. |
| ③ Postal code | Enter the zip code of the building address (with or without hyphens) | This will be displayed when editing a building. |
| ④ Prefecture | Select the prefecture of the building address | It will be displayed in the building list. |
| ⑤ City/Ward | Enter the city/ward (for the 23 wards, enter only the ward, for others enter city or city/ward) | Used to narrow down the list of buildings |
| ⑥ Location details | Enter the rest of the address | This will be displayed when editing a building. |
*Please do not select "T-Spider linked floor"
How to set up a building
① Click "Building Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
*If one or more buildings are registered, the building name will be displayed on the list screen.
② Click the building name for which you want to change the settings.
③ The "Building: Building Name" screen shown below will be displayed, so set each item.
After setting each item, click "Update" in the center of the screen.

| ② Floor level | Register the information about the floor in the building where ugo is operated. | The registered floor information will be displayed. |

Create groups according to purpose and use, and link ugo to them. *At least one robot group must be registered. |

How to register floor hierarchy
① Click "Building Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the name of the building for which you want to register the floor hierarchy.
③ Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "Floor Level" frame.
④ The "Floor Registration" screen shown below will appear, so enter each item.
After entering each item, click "Register" at the bottom right of the screen.
| ① Index | Order in which to display the input. Any integer is acceptable. | This is the floor displayed on the management screen, etc. |
| ② Name | Enter the name of the floor | This will be the name displayed in the portal (e.g. Editor) |
| ③ Type | Select the floor features | Displayed on the building management screen and Flow settings screen |

How to edit floor hierarchy (floor)
① Click "Edit" to the right of the floor you want to edit.
② Floor: The name screen will be displayed, so enter each item
After entering each item, click "Update" at the bottom right of the screen.

How to register an environment
① Click "Building Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click the name of the building where you want to register the robot group.
③ Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "Robot Group" frame.
④ The "Robot Group Registration" screen shown below will be displayed, so enter each item.
After entering each item, click "Register" at the bottom right of the screen.
| ① Index | The order in which the input is displayed. Any integer greater than or equal to 0 can be entered. |
The order in which maps and other items are displayed will change. |
| ② Name | Enter the name of the environment group. | It will be displayed in the building management menu. |
How to register a Flow group
① Click "Building Management" in the global menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② Click on the name of the building for which you want to register a Flow group.
③ Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the "Flow Group" frame.
④ The "Flow Group Registration" screen shown below will appear, so enter each item.
After entering each item, click "Register" at the bottom right of the screen.
