◆ Overview
When an error occurs while ugo is running, a message will appear on the operation screen.
Normally, this can be dismissed with the "✕" button, but this command is used to forcibly clear the notification that remains on the operation screen.
⚠️Notes:
This command does not address the root cause of the issue. Its function is solely to dismiss the display (notification).
It does not resolve the underlying cause of the error.
Please be sure to identify and address the cause before executing this command.
◆ Situations in which to use
- Even if you close it using the "✕" button, it will reappear when you log back into the operation screen.
- The error itself has been resolved, but it persists on the screen.
◆ Location of the command
After switching the command picker filter to "All" and the display level to "Standard," you will find it in the "System" tab.
◆ How to use commands
This command is intended to be executed manually by an operator from a command list.
It cannot be integrated into a Flow for automated execution.
① Execute the "Delete Notification" command from the command list.
② Please delete the error message by pressing the X button.
③ Please confirm that no error messages are displayed after logging back into the operation screen.
◆ Notes
Behavior when the error recurs:
- If the same error occurs again after dismissing the notification, a new error message will be displayed.
Synchronization between operators:
- If multiple operators are logged in, and one of them performs a "delete notification," then the notifications will be deleted for other operators who log in later. The message will also be removed from the screen. When working as a team, it is recommended to share that you have confirmed that any errors have been checked before proceeding.
