◆ How to open the report list screen
① Click "Report Management" in the menu on the left side of the ugo Portal screen.
② The "Report List" screen shown in the diagram below will open, displaying a list of reports. *If one or more records are registered, the report details will be displayed on the list screen.

You can export report content for a specified period as a CSV or Excel file, or export all images and videos from the report at once.

| ④ | Creation date | The report creation date and time are displayed. Clicking the [Creation Date and Time] header allows you to change the report's display order to ascending or descending. |
| Building | The name of the building where ugo, who created the report, works will be displayed. | |
| Floor | The floor name of the building where ugo was located when the report was created will be displayed. If the report was created using Flow, the floor name of the building to which Flow is associated will be displayed. |

| Robot | The name of the ugo that created the report will be displayed. | |
| Business | When you create a report in Flow, its name will be displayed. When you take a photo or video from the action menu on the operation screen, the name of the task will not be displayed, and a hyphen will be shown instead. |
|
| Type | The label set in the parameters of the "Start Task" command, either "Standing Guard" or "Patrolling," will be displayed. There is no difference in functionality, but it will be one of the criteria when searching in the report list. If you take a photo or video from the action menu on the operation screen, it will uniformly be displayed as "Standing Guard." |

The status will be displayed as either [Normal] or [Abnormal].

■ Search Criteria
By setting search criteria for each item, you can display only the relevant reports in the [Report List].
The items you can set in the search criteria differ depending on whether the location is all buildings or individual buildings.
• You can set multiple search criteria simultaneously.
• Filtering will be performed immediately after selection. • The search criteria you have set will be displayed in a list at the top of the [Report List] screen.
*Pressing the delete button will remove the specified search criteria.
For all buildings

◆ How to check the report
By clicking on the report you want to view from the report list on the report management screen, you can see the recorded photos, videos, and report contents.

◆ Report editing function
- Clicking the edit icon on the report screen will change the numerical value of the meter reading, the error judgment, and the text in the details field. ◆ Report PDF output function
- Clicking the PDF output icon on the report screen will output the same content as the report screen in PDF format.

◆ Download function for images and videos within reports
- Clicking the download button on the report screen will output all images and videos from the report in a single zip file.
◆ Download images and videos in bulk from reports within a specified period .
- Clicking the [Export] button on the report list screen allows you to export all image and video files from reports created during a specified period.

◆ Output reports for a specified period to Excel or CSV.
- Clicking the [Export] button on the report list screen will export the information contained in the reports created during the specified period. You can output the data in Excel or CSV format.

◆ How to delete a report
- You can delete a report by clicking the [Delete button] on the report screen. A confirmation dialog will appear; please click [OK].
*Please note that deleted reports cannot be recovered.
*Please exercise caution when deleting reports.

◆ Notes
Report list display: [Normal] [Abnormalities detected]
- If an error occurs during meter reading by ugo mini, it will display [Abnormal]. Otherwise, it will always display "Normal".
*This does not indicate whether there are any abnormalities in the images/videos, meter readings, or threshold alerts.
