◆ What is contract management?
In the contract management section, you can check the contract expiration date of your ugo Portal and the contract status of options for each building.
Use this to understand when your contract will be renewed and the application status of options.
◆ How to open the contract management screen
①Open the ugo Portal operation screen.
②Click the [User icon] in the upper right corner of the operation screen.
③Click [Contract Management] from the drop-down menu that appears.
④The following information can be confirmed on the contract management screen. ・Contract end date: The end date of the ugo Portal contract ・Contract options: Option contract status for each building
- You can also switch to and check the contract information of other buildings by pressing the [Switch Location] button in the upper left corner of the screen. *Only accounts with "Organization Administrator" privileges
◆ Notification when contract expiration approaches
- If your contract expiration date is within one month, a warning message
will be displayed at the top of the operation screen to ensure that you do not overlook it. -Displayed text: "Your contract will soon expire. Contract expiration date: 20XX-XX-XX"
◆ About the screen display after contract termination
- After the contract expiration date, you will no longer be able to log in to ugo Portal. The login screen will display an announcement that your contract has expired. Please check the displayed information and contact our sales representative or support desk (cs@ugo.plus).
