◆ Points to note when creating digital signage display resources (images and videos)
When using the AI automated conversation function to display images and videos on signage, ugo's speech will be displayed on the screen in real time as "text overlays (subtitles)". Since these text overlays are displayed on top of the content, please account for this display area when creating images and videos.
Regarding overlap with the display area of the on-screen text:
The top 200 pixels of the signage screen are designated text overlay dispay areas.
If important information (text, faces, logos, etc.) is placed within this area of an image or video, it may overlap with the text overlay during ugo's speech, significantly reducing its readability.
We strongly recommend designing the top 200px of the screen as a "safety zone for text overlays,"using only a background image or leaving it blank.
| Text Display area | Top of screen 200px |
| Recommended Image Area | Please place important content away from the top 200px. |
