◆ About the function
- Meter reading AI (hakaru.ai) allows you to set thresholds, so that when a threshold is detected during meter reading,
an alert notification will be sent to pre-registered notification recipients.
*You must first set up hakaru.ai to read the meters. Please see here for instructions on how to do this.
*If you want to receive threshold alerts via email, Slack, or elgana, you will need to configure it in advance.
Receiving settings can only be done by accounts with organization administrator privileges. Please refer here for how to set alert receipts.
◆ Register new threshold settings
① Click Global Menu > [Threshold Rules].
② Click the [Create New] button in the upper right corner of the [Threshold Rule List].
③ In [Create Threshold Rule], enter [Name] and [Description]. ([Description] is optional.)
④ Check [Notify if the conditions are met] and select the [Notification level] from the drop-down menu.
For details on notification levels, please see here.
⑤ Click [Add condition], enter the [Target value], and select the [Judgment condition] from the pull-down menu.
There is no limit to the number of conditions, but all conditions will be AND conditions.
To delete a condition, click the trash icon.
⑥ After registering the threshold conditions, click [Register].
◆ Editing a registered threshold rule
① Click the row of the threshold you want to edit in Global Menu > Threshold Rules > Threshold Rules List.
*The [Threshold Rules List] is filtered by building. If the threshold you set is not displayed,
please check that the building filter is correct.

After editing, click [Update].
◆ Set the registered threshold value to the meter
