-Fail-safe due to temperature rise
- If the fail-safe function is activated due to temperature rise, the following voice message will be played three times in a row:
"The motor temperature is high, so the arm will be switched to a protective position. For your safety, please move away."
After a short time, the arm will automatically return to its initial position.
- The position cannot be changed until the arm temperature has dropped.
When it is confirmed that the arm temperature has dropped below 45 degrees, the message will disappear .
After that, you can use the arm as usual.
・Positions that can be set with ugo
- To ensure the safe operation of ugo, we have introduced a protection function for the arms.
With this function, if the arms are judged to be in a position that may cause collisions between each other or to be in
a position that places excessive strain on the arms, the arms will not be executed for safety reasons.

Postures that cannot be performed with ugo ① Height restrictions
The arm cannot be raised higher than 0.24m above ugo's shoulder.
Postures that cannot be performed with ugo ② Restricting hand distance
ugo cannot perform any posture where the hands are closer than 0.15m apart.
Postures that cannot be performed with ugo③ Restrictions on elbows and hands
Any posture where the distance between ugo's elbow and fingertips is less than 0.15m cannot be performed.
