Notes
- Please make sure you have enough space to work.
- Be sure to work with at least two people.
- Please be aware of people and objects around you while working.
What you need
- Packing box and cushioning material at the time of delivery
- Gloves (work gloves, etc.)
- Hexagonal wrench (size: 3 )
- Or an electric screwdriver and a hex bit (size: 3 )
- Packing tape (duct tape, etc.)
- Masking tape
Disassembly and packaging procedures
①Remove the lifter unit
Refer to the diagram below and remove the cart unit cover in the order of front and back (①②) → left and right (③④).
Remove the cable connector with the tag shown in the image below.
Remove the four bolts that secure the lifter unit using a hex wrench (size: 3 ) etc.
* When removing the screws, have another person hold down the lifter unit while you work.
Pull out the lifter unit and place it with the red button facing the ceiling.
② Attach the cart unit parts
Put the four screws you removed earlier back in their original places
Remove the two central cables from the hole and store them in the lifter unit socket.
Install the cart unit covers in the following order: left and right (①②) → front and back (③④)
③Pack the lifter unit
Apply masking tape to the cart unit cover as shown below, and insert a square piece of cardboard and cushioning material into the lifter unit insertion section.
Place the cart unit packing box as shown below.
* Please make sure to place the packaging box with the label facing up.
Lift the cart unit and place it on the insole.
*The cart unit is very heavy, so please be careful when lifting it.
One person pushes the cart unit with the insole in, while the other holds down the packaging box.
Once you close the packaging box with packing tape as shown below, the cart unit is now packed.
④Pack the lifter unit
Place the lifter unit packaging box
Place the lifter unit in the packaging box with the red button facing up.
* Be careful not to pinch cables.
Place cushioning material around the ring light as shown in the image below.
Next, cover the top plate.
Once you close the packaging box with packing tape as shown below, the lifter unit packaging is complete.
