The bolts in the red circle on the left (bolts that secure the lifter to the cart)
Use a spanner or box wrench to remove the two parts on each side of the cart.
②Use a box socket and bolts to temporarily fix parts G and H to the left and right sides of the cart.
(Use the bolts removed in step ①. Also, parts G and H have different left and right sides.)
Part G (with cable clip): Used on the left side of the cart
[See figure below]
③ After temporarily fixing the bolts in ②, use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to a torque of 5.2 [N・m].
④ After removing the Phillips head screw ( red circle in the left image) used to attach the lifter cover , remove the lifter cover.
⑤Insert part K into the four recesses on the top of the lifter .
* At this time, please fix the side of part K with masking tape etc. so that part K does not fall off.
⑥ Place part C on the top of the lifter so that the hole of part K overlaps with the position of part C, and secure it with part J (small cross head screw).
⑦Use part I (large Phillips screw) to secure parts E and F to parts G and H.
* At this time, use the screws on the side with the gap between parts E and F as temporary fixation (see Figure 1).
⇒To insert the pole in step ⑧
*Please be careful about the left and right of parts E and F (see Fig. 2. They can be distinguished by the position of the notch).
⇒ Attach part E to part G, and part F to part H
