MAP Navigation
The LiDAR sensor installed in ugo detects collisions by recognizing obstacles in the surrounding area, but by recording the positions of obstacles on the entire floor, it is possible to create a map for ugo. Furthermore, by setting a driving route, it will be possible to have ugo travel along the specified route.
First, call up the MAP Editor function. Press the floor name at the top of the operation screen, select the target floor, and then select "Open MAP Editor on this unit."
Then, a screen like this will be displayed.
Click the three lines at the bottom left of the screen to expand the displayed content.
In the image on the left, a map and route have already been prepared.
The pink points are the obstacles currently recognized by the LiDAR.
The white square is ugo, and the circle inside it indicates the forward direction.
From the "Route" list on the right side of the screen, s elect "Normal Route."
A series of green rectangles will then appear.
This is the driving route.
Once you have aligned the ugo body to the starting point of the route,
Enable "Auto Position Correction" from the bottom left of the screen.
Click "Start test run" to drive along the route.
(It is possible to automatically align the position based on the surrounding terrain)
This driving method can also be incorporated into Flow and WorkPlan.
